Register your certificate online at www.odenzareg.com. Use your certificate code and number, fill in the required information, and pay a refundable reservation deposit with Visa or MasterCard (if applicable). Please retain the original terms and conditions for future reference.
If you choose to pay by money order, please attach the printed information from the website to your signed and dated original validation card and return the printed form and original validation card to Odenza Marketing Group (Odenza). Money orders should be made payable to Odenza Marketing Group Inc. We are unable to accept US postal money orders or personal checks.
Because this is a promotional program, the funds act like a security deposit. If you do not book your travel, your funds are fully refundable.
Funds can be submitted by credit card, money order, cashier’s check, or bank draft. We do not accept U.S. postal money orders or personal checks.
Please allow up to 45 days after mailing your registration and funds to be contacted by a travel agent.

If your program has a registration date, your documents must be received before that date. If it has an expiry date, travel must be completed before that expiry date.
These programs are based on unsold inventory from travel suppliers. Availability is usually during off-peak times and may be closer to travel dates.
Provided a guest has not finalized a vacation with a travel agent, all funds they have paid to Odenza Marketing Group are fully refundable. To request a refund, please email [email protected] , and a customer service agent will assist you.
