Congratulations on receiving your Odenza travel promotional certificate.

At Odenza, our professional team of customer service staff and travel agents has one goal; to make your vacation the experience of a lifetime! Once you fully register your promotional travel certificate, you will work with your own travel agent. Please review all the terms and conditions of your program as soon as you get it so you fully understand how your program works. We have a variety of programs and they are all uniquely designed.

We know that guests will have questions at times and we are here to help. Our two most popular questions are below. Please read them over.

1) I have received a promotional travel certificate now how do I register it?

Please read the terms and conditions.  The instructions to register your program will be in term #1.  Generally for our programs you need to visit www.odenzareg.com and enter your certificate code and number in the proper box.  (If you do not have access to a computer and printer then follow the instructions to register manually). After entering into the web system, please fill in all the required areas and then print the page using the “print page” button. Attach this printed information from the odenzareg website to your signed and dated validation card and mail it to one of the addresses provided. Please make sure that if your program requires funds to register you include those proper funds. We do not accept personal checks, US postal money orders or credit cards for these registration funds. We only accept regular money orders; bank drafts or cashiers checks.

2) I have sent in the information to register my promotional travel certificate.  Now what happens?

Please allow up to 30 days from the time you mailed your information. Once we get your information it will take us a few days to process all the mail we receive. Our customer service team will verify that your program is valid and you have completed everything correctly. Then we will validate your program which will send you an instant email. If you have not received an email from us please go back to www.odenzareg.com on your own. Enter your certificate code and number. If we have validated your program you will see some new information.  If we have not validated your program then you will see a redisplay of what you have already done and that just means that we have not processed your information yet. If you see new information, then please follow the instructions to proceed with your promotional program.

If you do not have access to a computer and printer and requested a manual registration form then we will send you some additional written information by mail once we receive and process your signed and dated validation card. Please allow up to 30 days to receive this mailed information. If this information does not answer your questions then please type the word help into the box below and then click on the submit button. This will display a page with our customer service phone number.
